If not stated next to the item price, postage and packing costs are available at the checkout. Discount may be avaliable on multiple purchases, Worldwide delivery price on enquiry.

All our items are made to order including our catalogue items however we estimate dispatch will take around 14 days on receiving cleared payment.

Bespoke and individual pieces

One off pieces will have delivery costs quoted on the page, this is to mainland UK only. Delivery costs for bespoke pieces will be calculated per quote for each item.

Shortage of goods or damage must be notified by telephone within seven days of delivery, and confirmed in writing within ten days of delivery or no claim can be accepted. Delivery of obviously damaged goods should be refused.

Ready to buy items

Should you be unhappy with your purchase of a catalogue item please return it to us in its original condition and packaging within thirty days for an exchange, credit or refund. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. Please note that we do not refund original postage cost and that you are responsible for the return postage.

Bespoke items

Orders for goods made to special order cannot be cancelled or returned.

Legal

Prices are correct at time of going to print/online but are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to ensure that items are shown accurately, however, please be aware these products are handcrafted and there may be slight variations in colour and texture, and that that items may undergo slight alterations after information has been published. Minor blemishes and irregularities are a feature of recycled materials and enhance the uniqueness of the item. Products remain property of innamorarsi until fully paid for.
